In
April this year Stehlin Hostag Ink UK Limited exhibited
exclusively for the first time at IPEX. The aim was
to concentrate their promotional efforts not so much
on the everyday products but to highlight the additional
services available. Stehlin Hostag were promoting
the newly re-launched range of DELTA Pressroom Chemicals,
PrintSpec, the formal ISO standard for Lithographic
Printing, MGA the Low Migration Printing Inks for
Food Safe Packaging and TCM their Total Colour Management
solutions for everyone from Brand Owners, Designers
and Print Management Agencies. Stehlin were lucky
to receive over 800 visitors during the 8 day show
and entertained
with a range of fabulous freshly ground coffee and
light snacks.
Stehlin Hostag Ink UK Limited also supported PRINTEC,
the Brazilian blanket manufacturer who appointed Stehlin
as main agents last year. Stehlin ran a competition
throughout the show giving the opportunity for visitors
to drive a lap in a state of the art F1 simulator
located on the Printec stand

Acquisition
Stehlin Hostag Ink UK Limited acquire
Northern Printing Inks Scotland
Stehlin Hostag Ink UK Limited, part of the Huber Group
of Companies, is proud to announce the acquisition
of Northern Printing Inks in Scotland.  The
acquisition was finalised in January.
Northern Printing Inks have a strong presence and
are a well respected brand in Scotland. NPI are renowned
for their high levels of service and quality products.
The acquisition will offer significant benefits to
NPI customers. In particular by expanding their product
range as Stehlin Hostag have a major market share
in the supply of printing blankets having recently
invested in state of the art conversion facilities.
The DELTA brand of pressroom chemicals will also become
available through NPI to all their customers.
This acquisition gives Stehlin Hostag a strong presence
in Scotland and will of course increase UK market
share. Stehlin Hostag has manufacturing and distribution
operations in Nottingham, Leeds, Guildford & Bristol
with a planned new branch to be opened in Rochdale
later this year.

Stehlin Hostag are working in close partnership with
Mellow Colour Limited who have the software and systems
available to assess quality standards for Lithographic
printing. This was a main focus for their IPEX participation
attracting literally hundreds of visitors who brought
along their print samples to see how closely they were
actually printing to the standard. The tools required
to conduct the assessment, PrintSpec, are still available
directly through Stehlin Hostag Ink UK Limited who are
still offering the opportunity to all printing companies
out there to have a FREE assessment. Stehlin will work
closely with everyone to help companies achieve the
